Level UP

Advancing Haredi women in tech.

Level UP is a community I founded for Haredi women building careers in the tech industry. It exists because talent is evenly distributed but access is not: the door into the industry is heavier when you come from a world with different networks, different schedules, and different unwritten rules.

The community connects women who are already inside the industry with those on their way in: real connections, real knowledge, and the confidence that comes from seeing someone like you a few steps ahead.

Nera

Advancing Haredi and religious women founders.

Nera is an organization I founded for Haredi and religious women who are building startups. Founders from these communities carry all the usual weight of company building, plus a network gap between them and the rooms where capital, mentorship, and first customers live.

Nera works to close that gap: bringing founders together, opening doors to the ecosystem, and making sure the next generation of religious women entrepreneurs does not have to build alone.
